If you want to make pottery a part of your life, this course will turn you into an expert and take you to the advanced level of pottery. Have you completed the beginner’s course or already know the basics of pottery and wanna go ahead with the advanced level? Advance Pottery Course

1. Advanced level pottery course, how does it work?
We have 3 modules at an advanced level, you can choose any module you like to learn. Each module has different sessions and fees.
To join an advanced throwing course, you should know pottery basics (wedging, cantering, and pulling), For an advanced glazing course, you should know how to make pots on a potter’s wheel or by hand-building technique.

For local students: Classes are held twice a week. You’re free to choose the timing that suits you best from our available session slots.

For outstation students: We conduct the sessions continuously for 9 days (Sundays are off), Please plan your travel and let us know accordingly.

The course fee will cover all necessary supplies (clay, tools, apron) as well as the fire and glazing of 4-5 of your original artworks.

Full course fees need to be paid at the beginning of the course. Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable

For the advanced-level pottery course, we assume that you know pottery basics and looking to upgrade your knowledge. If you feel you are a total novice, please join our beginner pottery course.

Yes, you can make up for the missed sessions. The course fee is valid for 3 months, from the day it was booked.
Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. You have to complete the course within 3 months of enrolment.
We prefer not to as it could be chaotic, as different batches might be running at different paces.
The pottery course happens on a one-on-one basis.
4-5 glaze pieces can be made during the course.
Yes, you can, firing is charged at Rs.500 per piece.
Each class duration is 1.5 to 2 hrs. and instructors are available during the class timings. However, if you like to practice you can spend more hours in the studio depending on the availability of the potter’s wheel, or can join our Studio Practice Hours. Instructors are not available during the practice hours.

For outstation students, we conduct the sessions continuously for 10 days (Sundays are off), Please plan your travel and let us know accordingly.

For outstation students, pots will be couriered to you after they are glaze-fired (an extra charge will be applied for the courier facility, however, we are not responsible for breakage that happens in transit). For locals: Objects created are left behind at the studio for firing. This takes about 3 weeks, post which you may come and collect the fired pieces from the studio.
